By accessing and using GeoScraper, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
GeoScraper provides a pay-as-you-go data extraction platform offering Google Maps scraping, email verification, and AI-powered email discovery services. You pay $2 per 1,000 successful requests with no subscription required.
You agree to use GeoScraper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to scrape data for illegal purposes, harass individuals, send spam, or violate any applicable laws or regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per successful request at a rate of $2 per 1,000 records. Credits do not expire. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
GeoScraper collects only necessary account information. Scraped data is processed temporarily and not stored beyond what is needed to deliver results. You retain full ownership of exported data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance during off-peak hours. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
GeoScraper and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TwoZeroTwo LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
GeoScraper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
