Refund Policy

CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits represent access to computational resources that are consumed per successful request. Because digital goods are immediately accessible, we are unable to offer refunds for purchased credits.

CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE

In lieu of refunds, all purchased credits never expire. You can use your credits at any time, for any of our three services — Google Maps Scraping, Email Verification, and AI Email Finder — with no time pressure.

FAILED REQUESTS

You are only charged for successful requests. If a request fails due to a GeoScraper error (not a user configuration issue), those credits are automatically returned to your account. Failed requests are not billed.

EXCEPTIONS

We may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as billing errors or duplicate charges. To request a refund review, contact support@geoscraper.net with your transaction details within 7 days of the charge.
